Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
-Management should work in better communication towards employees
- They should live their values
- they should pay people more
- I felt blamed all the time
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Even before corona something was wrong and it just came up later like blaming, finger pointing etc. You can progress only if you agree all management say.
Kommunikation
Team it was expected for you to do all alone (even if you just came!)
Kollegenzusammenhalt
It was fine at the begnning but then started falling apart. Many good people left in 2020.

During that time it was a lot of stress, so it could have been managed differeny
