Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Nothing is good about them. HR, Managing Directors, no one will listen to your part. They only support lies.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Biasness, uncomfortable working conditions, mentally pressurise employees to do work according to them, poor management. If you are on your death bed, even then your manager will use harsh tone and mentally pressurise you to come to work (personal experience).
Verbesserungsvorschläge
If anything happens with any employee, its the higher authorities’ duty to listen to both sides instead of taking decision on listening one sided story.

The working environment here is a total bias.
Kommunikation
No communication between a crew member and the higher authorities. They always listen to store managers, who speak lies only.

They will write flexible working hours on their website, but give shifts according to the manager’s will.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
At Konstanzer shop, all the shift leaders are good, super supportive. Other than shift leaders, no one is reliable.
