Sehr angenehmen

Der Manager ist wirklich freundlich und nett
Bei Konflikten wurde immer eine passende Lösung gefunden.
Klappt sehr gut!
Multi Kulti Team
Nothing is good about them. HR, Managing Directors, no one will listen to your part. They only support lies.
Biasness, uncomfortable working conditions, mentally pressurise employees to do work according to them, poor management. If you are on your death bed, even then your manager will use harsh tone and mentally pressurise you to come to work (personal experience).
If anything happens with any employee, its the higher authorities’ duty to listen to both sides instead of taking decision on listening one sided story.
The working environment here is a total bias.
They will write flexible working hours on their website, but give shifts according to the manager’s will.
Male employees sometimes touch you here and there. Uncomfortable.
Don’t know
At Konstanzer shop, all the shift leaders are good, super supportive. Other than shift leaders, no one is reliable.
At Konstanzer shop, many employees left the work due to the worst working conditions and mainly the poor management. They can fire you anytime they want.
No communication between a crew member and the higher authorities. They always listen to store managers, who speak lies only.
Full biasness.
None.
When I have a problem I can talk to them about it
The company should try and be more diverse.
Teamwork was good.
Older colleagues tend to bully the new colleagues into doing jobs, and working positions that the older people don’t want to do.
A lot of favouritism and inequality due to the cliques.
Wasn’t the best as most of the time it would happen that the co-workers would speak in another language other than English and German.
A lot of favouritism.
Tasks can be very repetitive and stressful. Some sort of system where everyone rotates every few hours would be great.
