Good employer: Coming back after company improved things

What I like about the employer
Nice was that they put the management an workers together in a kickoff. To bad i did not come back earlier to join but this event but it was nice to see it on linkedin and hear from guys I know. This Improvements also made me come back and to see things get improved and workers are not a number anymore.
Suggestions for improvement
Hire more people that support workers more to go forward as one team no matter office or site.

Money got improved the last years, was diffrent in the company between so I came back.

Die Arbeitskollegen sind für einen da.

Es wird vieles um den Heißen Brei geredet. Sobald man was anspricht beginnt erst mal,Email Ping Pong bis es im Sande verläuft.

Sicherheit liegt nicht im Focus trotz mehrfacher Unfälle. Verbesserungsvorschläge werden ignoriert. Führungsriege lebt an der Realität vorbei. Kunden und Mitarbeiter werden vergrault… und und und

Faire Bezahlung und Vergütung; Fortbildungen; Sicherheitsfokus - es wird mit dem Leben der Monteure gespielt. Die Kommunikation ist unterirdisch genau wie die Administration

Nichts, vielleicht die anderen Kollegen, aber das ist nicht dem Arbeitgeber zu verdanken

Mehr Gehalt. Bessere Kommunikation mit den Arbeitern. Kompetente Vorgesetzte finden. Sich um das Privatleben der Mitarbeiter scheren.

Die Kollegen auf Baustelle sind großteils sehr gut und freundlich(deshalb die 2 Sterne). Manche Team-Leiter sind total unfähig, faul und schmücken sich mit der Arbeit anderer. Die Dispatcher kann man total vergessen. Haben keine Ahnung und wollen das man möglichst 8 Wochen ununterbrochen auf Montage ist. Kein Sinn dafür das man auch ein Privatleben hat. Vorgesetzte ignorieren jegliche Probleme auch wenn man sie anspricht.

Das Image bei Kunden war bislang immer ok. Nicht gut aber auch nicht schlecht. Aber ich denke das wird sich im nächsten halben Jahr oder Jahr stark ins negative verändern.

Nicht vorhanden. Am besten soll man ununterbrochen arbeiten.
Der "beste" Arbeitstag ging von 7:45Uhr bis 2:30Uhr am darauffolgenden Tag. Und es gab nicht einmal ein richtiges Danke dafür. Mal davon ab das es gesetzeswidrig ist.

Umweltbewusstsein ist großteils ok. Wobei teils mit Ölen und Fetten nicht gut umgegangen wird(2 sterne). 1 Stern gibt es wegen den nicht vorhanden Sozialbewusstsein. Wenn es nach Vorgesetzten und Dispatchern geht darf man hier kein Privatleben haben

Aufstiegschancen sind vielleicht vorhanden, aber man wird hingehalten, egal wie gute Arbeit man leistet

Großteils sehr guter Zusammenhalt zwischen den Arbeitern.

Falsche Versprechungen ohne Ende. Es wird lieber sogenannten Team-leitern geglaubt anstatt auf die Aussagen von 10 Arbeitern zu hören, die alle bestätigen das der Team-leiter das Problem ist.

Keine Pausen. Jede Menge Druck.

Es werden Versprechungen gemacht an die sich nicht gehalten wird. Wirkliche Probleme werden klein geredet und es wird sich auf Kleinigkeiten gestürzt.

Für die Branche und Arbeit viel zu wenig.
