pretty much everything else. It's a sinking ship. The sales team is a popularity contest; the head of Machine Learning never had the freedom to do anything since the founders want everything their way (typical German mentality), and no feedback is taken from employees. The positive reviews are all due to HR pestering employees to give the company positive ratings to mislead prospective candidates. There is an imaginary learning and development budget that is always rejected; I have never met anyone who had their request approved. The customer success team works 6 days a week generally, since the product is so bad. Also, it doesn't help when the product is uninspiring and firms don't see any value in it.Barely any growth, and after overhiring after the Series B funding, many employees have been let go, unsurprisingly.

Gehalt/Benefits
Underpaying most employees. However, if you are at a manager level or higher, the pay is better; until then, you are being taken advantage of.
