I can say that this is an amazing place for career growth and professional development. We have a friendly atmosphere, and the team is highly qualified and supportive, ready to help in any situation. The management provides excellent opportunities for self-fulfillment and learning, constantly implementing the latest technologies and approaches. The company's leadership is open to employee initiatives and creates comfortable conditions for all staff.
Growing Pains beim Wachsen der Firma. Z.B. habe ich das Gefühl, dass die Founder zu lange an ihrer Kontrolle über bestimmte Details festgehalten haben, als die Mitarbeiteranzahl und Management-Komplexität stark zugenommen hat. Mittlerweile sehe ich dort aber Verbesserungen (--> Kollegenfeedback wird gehört.)

Since it is a fully remote position, I think providing a home-office workstation or equipment support would make the work setup even better.
One suggestion for improvement would be to create more opportunities for cross-team feedback and knowledge sharing. It would be helpful to hear from other teams about how our work impacts theirs and vice versa. This can improve collaboration and help us align better on shared goals
Just change entire sr.management and listen to your technical teams. It's very hard to work in a company that's supposed to be a startup but that's affraid of taking risks innovating.
Mehr on-/offsites für remote Teams. Die Events sind super, aber ich habe insgesamt das Gefühl, die Kollegen zu selten zu sehen.

The work culture here demands extreme hours, often exceeding 60 hours a week. Employees find themselves working during sick leave, vacations, and weekends. This relentless workload is unhealthy and creates significant pressure on everyone, leading to a complete lack of work-life balance.
It's your decision: working for Buynomics and no life or not working for Buynomics and having a work-life-balance.
Working hours of 60h/week and more are usual and they expect it. Even when you flag the workload nothing will change. You will also realise people working when they are on sick leave, on vacation, at weekends... is that legally compliant in Germany/Spain? Anyways, it's unhealthy and puts pressure on all employees.
There is no work-life balance. If you want to make an impact you have to work more than 10 hours a day. You are given tasks to complete with a deadline and if you don't stay longer you don't finish the tasks. There is no additional pay for extra hours either. Longer stays are encouraged by the higher management although never demanded.
