Believe the bad reviews — the red flags are real
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Free coffee, hybrid flexibility, and the operational colleagues who are fighting the same battle every day.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
If you are reading the low ratings here and thinking "maybe it was just a few unhappy ex-employees," don't make that mistake. Everything written about the ego-driven management, extreme overtime, and constant turnover is 100% accurate.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Stop treating employees like disposable headcount. Founders need to step back, let actual managers lead, and stop firing people at the end of probation just to cover up for bad onboarding and unrealistic planning.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Anxious and tense. People don't stay long enough to build a real culture because the turnover is constant. You spend half your time wondering who is getting let go next.
Work-Life-Balance
Working 50 to 60 hours a week is treated as the default expectation. Working while sick or on vacation is quietly normalized. If you value your mental health, stay away.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is no actual onboarding—you are expected to figure everything out on your own from day one. The professional development budget is effectively a marketing stunt that gets blocked or micromanaged when you actually try to use it.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The regular staff is solid, mostly because trauma-bonding is real here. Everyone is trying to protect each other from management's demands.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Autocratic and deeply insecure. Senior leadership operates in an echo chamber and reacts defensively to any constructive input. You are expected to execute orders without question, not to innovate.
Gleichberechtigung
Leadership remains a heavily male, German-centric circle. Outside of that group, career growth and pay transparency are virtually non-existent.
Interessante Aufgaben
Good initial product concept, but completely ruined by chaotic shifting priorities and micromanagement that kills any sense of ownership.
