Just change entire sr.management and listen to your technical teams. It's very hard to work in a company that's supposed to be a startup but that's affraid of taking risks innovating.

Management will always hear to the same 2-3 people that tell them what they want to hear. Unbearable.

Worst part of the company, sr.management constanty undermines, manipulates and complicates things unnecessarily.

Shady and dishonest from SR.Management. Team is very open and positive.

Very bad, only good if you are German working in Cologne.
