Fairness ist uns wichtig im Umgang miteinander und mit den Mitarbeitern. Da das auch ein subjektives Empfinden ist, freut es mich um so mehr, dass wir einen guten Weg gefunden haben.
Die Kommunikation kann auch nach meiner Einschätzung besser werden. Bei der gewachsenen Mitarbeiterzahl reichen die "normalen" Kanäle nicht mehr. Wir sind dabei uns was zu überlegen, um alle Mitarbeiter besser zu informieren und auf dem Laufenden zu halten.
