We are working mostly in smaller teams, so to be fair I can just rate my team and the colleagues I've worked with. Overall everyone is highly motivated to get the best out of their work and colleagues, help is always there if needed, the colleagues are very nice and supportive. No lone wolves culture, it's a WE.
Work-Life-Balance
I think it depends on the project, but generally speaking, you have the freedom to work whenever it suits you best. Offering 90 days of remote work in Europe is also a unique point compared to other employers.
