Very nice, modern and transparent team with many interesting projects. High working flexibility.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Feels like a big family :)
Image
The company is still very young, so it cannt be as well known as the big consulting firms, but the recognition from the clients is great and also the internet and social media publicity is really great and professional
Work-Life-Balance
The company offers a very high level of work flexibility, which is very important for me.
There are no regulated working hours, you just have to stick to the work to be done, customer deadlines and meetings. When and from where you can do this is up to you.
And if you sometimes miss the sun, it is also possible to work remotely from abroad which is a highly appreciated benefit !
Gehalt/Benefits
For the companys size the salary is fair
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
We work from home so the CO2 Footprint of the company is very low.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The team is small and sticks very well together. There is always a helping hand when you need it.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Honest and transparent. They always make sure that employees are satisfied and motivated with their projects.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Technical equipment is very high end. Employees can decide between Mac or Windows Laptop, iPhone or Android.
Kommunikation
Everything is communicated directly
Interessante Aufgaben
Definitely a lot of them
