Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
BxC Consulting is based on a great trust on its employees which allows to manage flexible working hours. All Members of the team (despite the level) are involved equally in the decision making process and company's development topics. Managing directors are very attentive to the feedback, individual and professional needs of the team members. Work atmosphere is great - I feel appreciated and valued!
