Not existent. We are all aware that Consulting will put a strain on your work-life-balance, but here it is not existent. Aaaaand you are not allowed to book more than 8hrs per day when working for the customer even if you do work like 10-12hrs.

Base salary above market rate, bonus is still a mystery even if they provide you with guidelines. Btw promotions are based on your bill-ability not your skill primarily.
