Unfortunately nothing anymore. The only thing I could gain was insights into the topic of carbonization and high frustration tolerance. Furthermore working in an international environment.

Listen to your employees and take their concerns seriously. Treat others as you want to be treated. Love others as you love yourself. Development and practice of reflective thinking must be done!
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The atmospehre at factory site in Eberswalde is variable. Sometimes euphoric and sometimes gloomy. Some seem to be bored, if nothing is to do or if there is no progress. At the headquarter in Giengen it is just an open-plan office. Sometimes there is background music, which can be annoying. And you hear every conversation or call, it can be tough to concencrate on working. Some of the employees get the possibility to work remotely. Otherwise, dealing with one another is easy going.

The standing of carbonauten used to be good. The executive director wastes a lot of money on the communications department to protect the standing by any means. Meanwhile, many stakeholders are dissapointed as invoices, salaries and loans are not beeing paid.
Management promises are not kept. Instead, one is put off with mails and empty words. If you address a grievance, you will either be laid off or disregarded.

It also depends on yourself, but all in all it is okay.

It’s a fact that many positions are filled through “knowing the right people”.
Gehalt/Benefits
There is no logical salary structure. Those who are competent don't get what they deserve. And those who don't deserve it get a lot. As long as you sell yourself well to the management or have connections, you can negotiate more salary. I have not encountered a gender pay gap - but who knows? As said self-marketing is rewarded.
The only social benefit used to be a health coach. But it seems that this offer has ended. We did not get any invitations to our monthly online health workshops anymore.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The purpose behind carbonauten is great - storing CO2 longterm in products, but I am not sure about the role model function of the management. Definitely lack of social awareness existing.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I liked my colleagues. Unfortunately, the management does not encourage team building. The team is international and very intrinsic motivated. Also very committed to their work and loyal, but not to the current management anymore. Employees like that are worth their weight in gold and don't deserve to be treated like that.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Carbonauten likes to hire young and talented individuals who are still malleable. But older people with experience are also happy to be brought in for projects or special concerns.

Appearances are deceptive. Where is decency and justice? Not found at management level....
In this company you can learn to twist the truth and not feel bad about it.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Cold and sometimes unclean. Working environment is not healthy, because of the mental stress you get from working together with carbonauten.
Kommunikation
The management's communication is miserable and non-transparent. If there is communication, then very late and with meaningless and insufficient information. Unfortunately, there are no performance appraisals.

Internationality must be praised here.
