Very flexible, true startup environment. You feel like your work has meaning and can see the direct impact on the company. Overall nice environment with nice coworkers and leadership. Leadership seems to care about its employees.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
I think two months is definitely too short for a founders associate internship. Most of the issues I had could've been resolved with a longer time period. Getting feedback more often would also be helpful. And setting expectations more clearly in the beginning. General expectations were set, but technical/detailed ones weren't, which may have helped me avoid some mistakes.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The overall environment in the office was always friendly and everyone was always willing to help when I needed something and there were a lot of other interns so lots of other people in the same situation that made it easy to relate to them.
Kommunikation
The founder was open to being challenged and took my suggestions seriously; he was direct and didn't leave me guessing about true meanings; he was flexible, both in regards to how work was conducted, as well as regarding hours; he also explained things very well and broke down complex topics to an easy to understand level.

Founder was always direct and willing to hear my side of the story when an issue arose. Objective and not set in his ways.
Interessante Aufgaben
Lots of sales admin tasks, but these are things that are important for anyone to learn anyways. And also lots of more interesting tasks like building financial models.

Very diverse team with different nationalities, genders and sexualities. Everyone seemed welcome.

Mission helps both Germans who need better and more doctors, as well as people from less privileged countries who can come here for a better life. Also there is a social impact day where you can go help the homeless for a day.
