Very flexible, true startup environment. You feel like your work has meaning and can see the direct impact on the company. Overall nice environment with nice coworkers and leadership. Leadership seems to care about its employees.

The overall environment in the office was always friendly and everyone was always willing to help when I needed something and there were a lot of other interns so lots of other people in the same situation that made it easy to relate to them.

Some tech issues, but otherwise nice office with standing desks and monitors

The founder was open to being challenged and took my suggestions seriously; he was direct and didn't leave me guessing about true meanings; he was flexible, both in regards to how work was conducted, as well as regarding hours; he also explained things very well and broke down complex topics to an easy to understand level.

Gleichberechtigung

Very diverse team with different nationalities, genders and sexualities. Everyone seemed welcome.

Interessante Aufgaben

Lots of sales admin tasks, but these are things that are important for anyone to learn anyways. And also lots of more interesting tasks like building financial models.

Ein wirklich gutes Klima abteilungsübergreifend. Die Arbeit und Erfolge werden gewertschätzt, bei Problemen haben die Führungskräfte immer ein offenes Ohr und helfen, wo sie können.

Für mich ist es wichtig bei einem Unternehmen mit Social Impact zu arbeiten.

Wird hier nicht nur versprochen sondern auch gelebt. Klar ist die Arbeit auch ab und an mal stressig, es ist nur wichtig das der Arbeitgeber hier einen Ausgleich schafft. Das gelingt hier sehr gut.

Weiterbildung wird unterstützt. Careloop ist hierbei sehr flexibel.

Bei careloop findet man ein richtiges Team. Alle unterstützen sich gegenseitig und es macht einfach Spaß ein Teil davon zu sein.

Offene, direkte und klare Kommunikation. Man weiß jeder Zeit was von einem erwartet wird. Man kann auch mit jedem Problem zum Vorgesetzten gehen.

Interessante Aufgaben

Es ist sehr abwechslungsreich und die Aufgaben sind auf meine Stärken zugeschnitten. Dadurch bin ich erfolgreich indem was ich tue und am Ende macht mir die Arbeit insgesamt sehr viel Spaß, aber klar muss man auch ab und zu mal Dinge machen, die weniger Spaß machen, dies gehört aber auch dazu und lässt sich in keinem Job vermeiden.
