The international atmosphere, the clear core values and goals. The trust they have on the employees and the easy access to C-level. Office is also nice and the work policies possibilities.

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Carly literally has the name "Car" in the title. Automobiles are my passion and Carly makes this passion 10 times bigger. The company really cares about the employees and make working really fun any joyful. I have been looking for the right jobs for years and I finally found the one right company that I think I can imagine staying long term. I love everything about it and everyone in it. Great atmosphere, high tech equipment, great salary. To this day, I believe Carly is just too good to be true. I leave my house with a smile on my face.

Carly might not really be for introverts. People are very engaging and fooling around all the time. For someone who is not very outgoing, it might be a little overwhelming in the start but you get used to it very quick and no one really forces you to do anything. Many social events are organized that help you get out of your comfort zone and engage with your colleagues. Carly isn't just work and no interaction. It's fun to work and you are expected to really love and engage with your colleagues.

As I had already suggested this to the HR team, it would be totally awesome to take every new employee for a ride with a BMW and drift around the parking lot. And no, this is not a joke!

Don't wish for much, don't expect much, if you want to develop then you will have to do that in your extra time, the company cares about one and only one development: it's its revenue.

Given the money this company makes every year, I cannot rate it with more than 2 stars because the benefits are proportionally super low. You get a salary and hopefully an annual bonus that can barely pay you a flight ticket home if you are not German.

You will be told that you belong to a family with this company, but the day they decide to get rid of you then you will be treated like an old pair of socks, they are ruthless.

The CEO of the company interferes with every single possible detail you can imagine, he is also obsessed by what others are doing, from where they are doing it and does micro-management. He also doesn't hesitate to give negative and sometimes embarrassing feed-back in front of everyone in a meeting, resulting in employees being intimidated and oftentimes no longer confident in his presence.
The team leaders are a lot softer, although they happen to repeat the same narrative as their boss (the CEO) sometimes, but the 2 stars don't go to the team leaders but specifically and directly to the CEO.
