Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We take it very seriously. It's concerning to read that you feel like you have to watch your back. No one should feel that way at work, and that's not the culture we want at CarOnSale.
We see you rated atmosphere, communication, collaboration, and leadership particularly low – core areas we care deeply about. We'd like to understand what's happening. Please reach out to our People Team or use the monthly Happiness Survey (strictly confidential). Knowing specifics helps us address the situation better – whether it's team dynamics, leadership behavior, or structural issues.
With your internal feedback we can review your feedback with leadership to identify where we need to improve.
Thank you for speaking up. We're committed to making CarOnSale a place where everyone feels valued and supported.
