Ich habe das Vorstellungsgespräch sowie den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess als sehr fair und angenehm empfunden. Die Bewerbung an sich war unkompliziert und die Einladung zum persönlichen Kennenlernen kam sehr zeitnah. Die Gesprächsatmosphäre war sehr offen und freundlich, ohne künstlichen Druck und somit in meinen Augen sehr authentisch. Ich habe einen tollen Eindruck vom Unternehmen erhalten. Die Ansprechpartner waren sehr ehrlich und fair, die gesamte Gesprächssituation war sehr angenehm. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass man hier ohne Stress zu erzeugen trotzdem beiderseits viel voneinander erfährt. Es wurden alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt, um mich zu rekrutieren und es tut mir noch heute unglaublich leid, dass ich aus privaten Gründen die Stelle nicht antreten konnte.

Ich habe mich als Bewerber absolut wertgeschätzt gefühlt. Der gesamte Prozess war eine erfreuliche Erfahrung.
- einfaches Bewerberportal, mit genügend Speicherplatz für die Unterlagen
- eine automatisierte Eingangsbestätigung, in der alle Dateien genannt wurden
- am nächsten Tag eine persönliche Eingangsbestätigung durch die Personalabteilung
- Anruf mit Einladung zum Interview innerhalb von 4 Tagen
- Interviewtermin ca. 1,5 Wochen nach Versendung der Bewerbung
- (leider) die Absage 3 Tage nach dem Interview mit dem Angebot eines Telefonats, um die Gründe erläutert zu bekommen
Ich finde es sehr fair und hilfreich zu erfahren, welche Gedanken/Gründe zu einer Absage führen. Damit bekommt der Bewerber die Chance, etwas zu ändern - wenn er das kann oder will.
