In den letzten Jahren wurde ziemlich viel in der Belegschaft durchgewechselt. Das erschwert kohärente Abläufe in den Projekten zT.
Der Wert von studentischen Angestellten und jüngeren wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeitenden sollte stärker wertgeschätzt werden.

Lack of leadership, toxic atmosphere at top, and heavy workload that is not in line with HR policy.
Top level management needs to learn leadership and stop micro-managing.
