There are great talents at Cluno who wish for nothing but appreciation. Don't just consider your teams as cost drivers but as the capital of the company.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Since a wave of layoffs in November, pure job fear has prevailed. Most employees are completely confused and do not know how long their jobs will exist. The dismissals were justified with restructuring, which is in part difficult to understand. I don't have the feeling that the company is at the end, but if it were, the employees would be the last to know.
Kommunikation
The management makes very conflicting statements about the business situation. Budgets have been cut to a maximum, salary adjustments have been completely suspended for a long time, but at the same time things are supposedly going better than ever. Nobody knows where we stand.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
That was always the best thing about Cluno. But the uncertainty of everyone pushes the competition to an unbearable level. Nobody wants to be the next one to get fired.
Work-Life-Balance
Used to be good. At the moment, due to the strong competition in the team, you sit at your computer long after work to double and triple-check everything and just not to make any mistakes.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Okay in my case. If you deal directly with the leadership team, you have to dress warmly. Decisions are made completely randomly and are sometimes serious and harmful. I have never experienced so much resignation in an organization.

No room for creativity and ideas. Everything must contribute directly to the sales target.

Actually, no one has any chance of career advancement. Whether man or woman. In this respect one could speak of gender equality.

It's freezing cold in the office. Can apparently not be changed. When I am in the office at the moment, I have a sore throat in the evening.

Previously, promises were made and not kept. In the meantime nobody makes promises anymore.
