Man versucht, zu kommunizieren und Dinge anzusprechen, die einen bewegen und oftmals auch belasten. Leider verlaufen diese Gespräche meist ins Nirvana. Man wird nur vertröstet. Und das, obwohl seit Jahren Fachkräftemangel besteht und man eigentlich interessiert sein sollte, engagierte Mitarbeiter zu halten
