Quite ok, fells like a lot pressure and unthought-out numbers from the investors

I never got contructive Feedback and there is no alignment between departments. I am missing some information to do my job properly.

Despite the fact that we are on kurzarbeit, I must work fulltime or even more!!

CoachHub calls themselfs "NEWWORK company", in reality you can find top down decisions and almost nothing that is newwork

Some interesting tasks but also a loooot manual copy and paste work

I guess the oldest one in the company is 45...

Homeoffice is sometimes possible (due to corona) but the line managers have often no trust in their empoyees

Mine is ok for a StartUp but I talked to some other employees and heard of bad underpayment

From the outside great, if you have survived the "honeymoon phase" you can see that there is no structure and no culture except drinking alcohol together

Karriere/Weiterbildung

If I can, I would give 0 stars... a lot people - like me - (some already left the company) got promised another job (higher position and/or other tasks) in the job interview and never got what was promised
