- One-on-one feedback sessions shall be done to exchange open feedback. To bare in mind that certain criticizing or negative comments on employees are better to express privately to the employee than in front of a 5-person group
- General company policies and guidelines, e.g. vacation/ leave requests, shall be structuralised and transparent to employees
