Colleagues are great, but the decisions that the leadership makes caused chaos and unstable environment. Only people that are part of the inner circle are heard, but there is no clarity how one gets promoted. Employees are being overworked, often treated like pawns and mishandled.

Most of employees are overworked. If your supervisor or you make sure that you don't work too much, you are in trouble.
