A place in constant evolution and an energetic team to work with
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The working environment is great! Also the work-life balance.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
This is a very enthusiastic team! People are nice and open. The team is international.
Image
One of the things that impressed me when I had my initial interviews to start at the company was how they spoke high about it. I could verify it myself afterwards.
Work-Life-Balance
Hybrid work is great! As a working student, they are also quite flexible with the working days.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
You are welcome to express your interests and your career plan.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Would be nice to have these initiatives in the company.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
We are especially encouraged to find the time to meet your colleagues, in person or online.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
To be honest, you don't feel the age difference. In general, it is a very young team.
Kommunikation
You get an update about what other teams are doing each week, to make sure it is clear where the company is heading.
Gleichberechtigung
The team is balanced.
Interessante Aufgaben
There is a lot of room to propose and test new tools and ways of working.
