Mehr strategischer Fokus, weniger Hektik
Gute Arbeitsatmosphäre, aber sehr laute Büros
Hat sich deutlich verbessert, aber die Arbeitsbelastung variiert sehr stark und ist teilweise sehr wechselhaft. Die strategische Ausrichtung ist zu wechselhaft.
Dienstreisen mit dem Flugzeug werden praktiziert, auch auf innerdeutschen Strecken.
Man unterstützt sich gegenseitig und kann sich auf die Kollegen verlassen.
Insgesamt ist das Durchschnittsalter sehr niedrig und an manchen Tagen würde etwas Ruhe und Kontinuität gut tun.
Zu laute Büros
Die Nähe zum CEO ist sicherlich von Vorteil, um up-to-date zu bleiben.

Ich finde alle super nett und hilfsbereit, das macht am Anfang alles ganz einfach und angenehm.
