We only accept applications through the careers page on the Cofinity-X website. There you will find all current job openings and can apply directly online. Unfortunately, applications via email or other channels cannot be considered for data protection reasons.
Once we receive your application, we carefully review your documents. If your profile matches, we will first contact you by phone to clarify basic conditions. This is usually followed by another interview with the relevant department and a final in-person meeting at our office. Our goal is a transparent, fair, and efficient selection process.
Yes, we work in a hybrid model that combines remote work and office presence. This allows us to strike a balance between flexibility and personal interaction.
