As I work from Argentina, communication is critically important. Thanks to the advanced methods of communication we use and good teamwork, we are able to work from two different continents and time zones fluently and efficiently.

Some of the tasks which I am responsible for bring motivating challenges for me. It is not always doing the same thing over and over again, as a team we constantly work on finding new tasks and sales opportunities.

Rights within the company are equal for everyone, I have never experienced inequality or differentiation between one and another.
Arbeitsbedingungen
I currently work from my home office, but have been at the head office in Germany several times for a couple of months and can say that the working conditions are excellent. I am a freelancer but 100% of my time is dedicated for com-a-tec.

com-a-tec is always thinking on how to help others. For specific public holidays and celebrations they make donations to different organizations who help people in need of it.

Salary is good and the management team is keen on giving incentives when the results are positive.
