    Als Remote-Mitarbeiter bin ich durchaus zufrieden, Konstanz ist allerdings ein eher teureres Pflaster, die Konkurrenz aus der Schweiz ist auch nicht weit weg - vielleicht die einzige Stellschraube, die ich aktiv noch sehe: Das ist aber absolutes Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

    Benefits wie Zuschuss zum Deutschlandticket, Zuschuss zum Essen, Gesundheitsangebote etc. werden angeboten.

    Das Gehalt wird pünktlich bezahlt, die Höhe war ok. Gerade da Konstanz als Gegend aber dann doch eher teurer ist, ist das kein Bereich wo combit besonders heraussticht.

    Man versucht das Gehalt mit einem guten Gesamtpaket auszugleichen.

    Das Gehalt ist schon in Ordnung. Natürlich könnte es gerade in Konstanz etwas mehr sein. Aber ganz Ehrlich: Geld ist nun mal nicht alles und die sehr positive Arbeitsatmospähre , der tolle Kollegenzussamenhalt und die Vorgesetzten die man sich hier als Vorbild nehmen kann, wiegen das mehr als auf. Zudem gibt es eine Teamprämie die auch mal höher ausfällt.
