Die Kommunikation ist aus meiner Sicht klar und nachvollziehbar. Informationen werden gut weitergegeben und Absprachen funktionieren zuverlässig.
Der Zusammenhalt im Team ist wirklich gut. Man hilft sich gegenseitig und arbeitet miteinander, nicht nebeneinander.
Was ich auch sehr positiv finde, ist die Work-Life-Balance. Auf private Termine oder persönliche Situationen wird Rücksicht genommen, Flexibilität wird nach meinem Eindruck wirklich gelebt.
Die Vorgesetzten erlebe ich als offen, respektvoll und "auf Augenhöhe". Man kann Dinge ansprechen und hat das Gefühl, dass einem zugehört wird. Der Umgang ist sehr wertschätzend.
Super angenehme, wertschätzende, offene Arbeitsatmosphäre - super nette Leute, keine "Silos", auch von Büro zu Remote, super pragmatisches, lösungsorientiertes Denken - und Lachen ist auch nicht verboten. :)
Die Arbeitsatmosphäre habe ich von Anfang an als sehr angenehm erlebt. Man kann jederzeit auf Kolleginnen und Kollegen zugehen, wenn man Fragen hat und erhält Unterstützung. Gerade wenn man noch nicht so lange dabei ist, ist das viel wert.
