The job gave me an opportunity to work abroad and gain international experience. Some colleagues were friendly and supportive
Salaries were often delayed by weeks or even months. Payslips were missing, and employees couldn't verify their actual working hours, as time sheets were not shared. There was pressure to work unpaid overtime and Saturdays. Address registration was discouraged, which restricted access to healthcare and social services. Communication with management was difficult, often involving intimidation or emotional pressure. Requesting vacation was met with criticism or blame rather than normal approval.
Implement transparent payroll practices, ensure timely payments, and respect legal obligations such as issuing payslips and registering employee addresses. Improve internal communication and treat employees with respect and professionalism, avoiding threats or psychological pressure
Working atmosphere:
The atmosphere was tense and stressful. Employees often felt undervalued, and conflicts were common due to poor leadership and unrealistic expectations.
The company's external image does not reflect the internal reality. Promises made during recruitment were not fulfilled, and there is a significant mismatch between words and actions.
Work-life balance was nearly impossible. Overtime and working on Saturdays were expected without compensation. Vacation requests were met with disapproval and criticism.
There were no clear opportunities for career advancement or professional development. No training programs or skill-building sessions were offered. Personal growth was not encouraged or supported by the management. Any growth depended entirely on what you managed to learn on your own.
Salary payments were frequently delayed, sometimes up to two months. No additional benefits were provided. Pay slips were rarely, if ever, issued. Many colleagues did not even receive a signed copy of their employment contract.
Little to no awareness of employee wellbeing or fair labor practices. No attention was given to creating a healthy or supportive work culture.
Some colleagues were supportive, but overall collaboration suffered due to internal gossip and a lack of trust promoted by management.
There was no real support or understanding towards older employees. They were often disregarded or treated as a burden rather than as experienced team members
Management was disrespectful and unprofessional. Feedback was not welcome, and attempts to communicate were often met with aggression or blame.
Poor working conditions overall. Often had to work overtime or weekends without extra pay. Workspace was chaotic and lacked proper planning or resources.
Communication with management was extremely difficult. Questions were met with anger or avoidance, and important updates were given at the last minute, sometimes even on Sundays.
There was a clear lack of equal treatment. Some employees were favored, while others were ignored or unfairly criticized.
Some of the tasks were engaging and varied, but poor planning and lack of structure made it hard to enjoy the work.
