Verbesserungsvorschläge
I would suggest to organize more trainings or workshops to specialize employees. They could be exterior in order to get to know more knowledge and inspiration from others. Also, some extra benefits from time to time would be welcomed.

Personally I like the most working atmosphere at Compado. I feel comfortable and I enjoy being here.

Superiors are professional , easy to work with, and at the same time really understanding , nice and normal people.
