Great colleagues, flexible working hours, good experience with HR, interesting projects

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

they focus more on constant Innovation than keeping hard working colleagues, not many remote work benefits compared to other (and even smaller) companies, payment could be a lot better

Try to give your existing employees a voice, show some appreciation for what they do (verbally but also monetary), ask them what they WANT to work on so you won’t lose so many great talents

Atmosphere for my team was amazing at the start but there was a restructuring and after that, the atmosphere was rather hierarchical and cold

Decisions regarding my role were made without consulting me. New team leader didn’t care (or even ask) about the past work and achievement of the team.

There aren’t many older colleagues

Environmental engagement top, but a bit pretentious when it comes to social issues like lgbtq+ and racial issues (a LinkedIn post during pride month doesn’t do much. Maybe consider donating)

Definitely below German market standard and not much room for negotiation

Try to set more focus on employees‘ wishes and aspirations, not only for new employees but also for existing ones
