Thank you for your feedback and your direct and open choice of words. We are saddened that you perceive our environment partly as negative. In case there is a chance for a conversation regarding your experiences, we would be grateful if you reach out to us and we can talk about it to clarify things that burden or limit you in your everyday activities.

We would like to comment on your statement that this is not corresponding to the overall impression and understanding of the team members at our company. As a fast growing company, not all processes are in place and we constantly evaluate our own work and actions - we are always learning, developing and improving and aim to become one of the top remote employers in Germany. We empower our employees to actively participate in improving and shaping the future of Compado as they are the main component and our driving force for our growth, that’s why it also requires a high degree of self responsibility from each team member.
