*Salary being paid on time
*Good for a start to learn and go somewhere else

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

*Company product: questionable ranking sites
*If you want to get any kind of promotion with some minor salary increase you need to circle around the main Founder and his buddy (best is when you tell off on your coworkers, make reports of what other people say and unconditionally praise the company)
*Low salary (and definitely lower than offered on the market)
*No real HR support. HR is for the company but not for the employees attitude
*Big fluctuation
*Expected to work on the weekends when something breaks down

Verbesserungsvorschläge

If you want to improve your image, please start improving internally instead of asking your own employees to write good reviews on Glassdoor, Kununu and Google.

Thank you for your feedback and your direct and open choice of words. We are saddened that you perceive our environment partly as negative. In case there is a chance for a conversation regarding your experiences, we would be grateful if you reach out to us and we can talk about it to clarify things that burden or limit you in your everyday activities.

We would like to comment on your statement that this is not corresponding to the overall impression and understanding of the team members at our company. As a fast growing company, not all processes are in place and we constantly evaluate our own work and actions - we are always learning, developing and improving and aim to become one of the top remote employers in Germany. We empower our employees to actively participate in improving and shaping the future of Compado as they are the main component and our driving force for our growth, that’s why it also requires a high degree of self responsibility from each team member.
