Missing the physical office experience sometimes, but the loving part is, you can decide most of your working hours yourself, thus you are more flexible to your personal needs.

die arbeit findet remote statt. das sorgt einerseits für etwas distanz, diese wird andererseits aber geschickt ausgehebelt im offenen und ehrlichen austausch untereinander.
die arbeit und der erfolg sprecjen für sich, aber noch nicht laut genug.
der weg von und zur arbeit entfällt was dem life natürlich mehr raum gibt. allerdings ist work nur einen raum oder den griff zum laptop entfernt. arbeitgeberin und arbeitnehmer arbeiten gemeinsam daran, ein gesundes mittelmaß zu finden.
karriere kann man hier machen oder sich das rüstzeug dafür holen. weiterbildung wird gefördert

manche kolleginnen und kollegen kennt man nur vom bildschirm, aber man kann sich trotzdem vertrauen und nahe stehen.

fördern und motivieren. klar, es gibt eine hierarchie, aber man arbeitet auf augenhöhe.
arbeitsmaterial wird gestellt, beginnend mit laptop und bildschirmen und endet bei schreibtisch und bürostuhl, internetverbindung sollte stabil, schnell und groß genug sein. der ort ist zweitrangig.

wer die sehr ambitionierten pläne nicht reizvoll findet, wird trotzdem
interessante aufgaben finden. an herausforderungen mangelt es garantiert nicht.

There are lots of opportunities to grow inside the company, as well as to attend relevant conferences and courses.
There is health and social insurance, as well as a company pension plan. Wages are good, but not top of the market (yet).

Colleagues are extremely competent, friendly, and always willing to help.
We don't really have older colleagues at the moment.
Management is helpful and respectful, and encourages own ideas. No micro-management.

Good startup atmosphere, permanent remote work, nice colleagues, the management tends to be open and flexible if you want to try out different things and most of all, the company is changing fast and improving fast , it's keeping up with industry trends and new career opportunities are coming up in a quite fast fashion.
Lack of resources. I think this a quite common feature in start up companies. The salary is below the market rate, the team I was until recently tended to be very overworked, there are not much training opportunities, you need to do your self training on your own free time and because of lack of resources sometimes it's not easy to change tasks. There is a long road to go, but I noticed in the past year, with the company growth, management has been trying to improve some of these things, there are more intermediary leadership positions and more support on the activities and this has helped teams performing better and make the job easier

Working in Compado is very demanding, comparable to playing sports on a competitive level. However, being in Compado that seems normal: If you want to work with the best, and if you have really ambitious goals, you'll naturally end up in a demanding working environment. I actually like it a lot and appreciate the fast pace (Compado gets done in a quarter what other companies get done in 2 years). Compado has no fixed working hours and is a fully-remote employer with a work-from-everywhere policy, so you can pretty much set up your life as you want (as long as you are productive).
Compado offers many opportunities to have a great career, with career tracks being possible both in functional departments and in Compado's Vertical Leadership department.
