One of the best work places I have ever worked in
Open communication, freedom for further independent development, as well as attention and support, importance of the mindset over numbers and bland facts.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Freedom and flexibility of working hours and work places result in the absence of a strong 'connection' between the colleagues.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
The management of the employees is well, but has challenges which the management recognizes and addresses.
