As a student, the work-life balance at Conalco was also excellent. They were very flexible with scheduling, allowing me to choose the days I wanted to work, which was crucial for managing my university coursework. This flexibility really helped to reduce stress and allowed me to focus on both my academic and professional development.

Cleanliness is in the DNA of Conalco, premises, washrooms and canteen are always clean. Work place is well lighted enough during working in the office
Kommunikation
Communication at Conalco was open and very transparent. Never felt like a student working there, all meeting minutes were shared with all staff to let us know what is actually going on and what happened at each meeting. Supervisor was always approachable and easy to talk to, which made it easy to ask questions and get guidance.

Conalco is a very diverse place as I had the opportunity to work alongside people from all over the world, including Africa, Germany, Asia, and the USA. Everyone was treated with respect, and I felt that Conalco truly valued equality.
