Das Unternehmen arbeitet auch als Personalvermittler. So hat man die Möglichkeit direkt in ein Unternehmen einzusteigen. Personaldisponente kommen zu Bewerbungsgespräch mit und unterstützen einen dabei.
Man kann auch z.B., nach einem erfolgreichen Probearbeit, eine Woche (sie wird schon als Einsatz angerechnet) zum beobachten arbeiten und kann dann direkt eingestellt werden. Das ist gut für beide Pateien. So kann man sich besser kennen lernen und sehen ob die Arbeit passt.
Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit eine gewisse Zeit beim Entleiher im Einsatz zu arbeiten und bei guter Arbeit übernommen zu werden. Geht problemlos.

Da ich nur knapp einen Monat dabei war bis der Kunde mich direkt übernommen hat, kann ich zu vielen Punkten nur eine Momentaufnahme bieten und die war durchweg positiv.
