Das Unternehmen arbeitet auch als Personalvermittler. So hat man die Möglichkeit direkt in ein Unternehmen einzusteigen. Personaldisponente kommen zu Bewerbungsgespräch mit und unterstützen einen dabei.
Man kann auch z.B., nach einem erfolgreichen Probearbeit, eine Woche (sie wird schon als Einsatz angerechnet) zum beobachten arbeiten und kann dann direkt eingestellt werden. Das ist gut für beide Pateien. So kann man sich besser kennen lernen und sehen ob die Arbeit passt.

Große Karriere oder höhere Bildung habe ich nie angestrebt. Im Punkt Persönlichkeitsbildung und Mensch bleiben, war Conceptas sehr hilfreich.
