Regarding compensation, we would like to clarify that (as part of the chemical industry) we offer salaries that are above the market average. We regularly review our benchmarks to ensure fairness and competitiveness across all roles and locations.
You also mentioned our EcoVadis rating. We are proud to say that our EcoVadis assessments have consistently been positive, reflecting our ongoing commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices. For this reason, we were surprised to see this point raised, but we respect that your personal perception may differ.
On the topic of equality and diversity: it is true that our top management currently has a higher proportion of men. At the same time, the overall gender balance within the company is nearly equal, and we continue to work on improving representation at all levels. We take any concerns about fairness (whether related to nationality, gender, or any other factor) extremely seriously.
You also mentioned development opportunities. We would like to highlight that we provide an above-average annual training budget, which employees can use freely for their professional development in coordination with their manager.
