- Everyone in the process was really interested into me as a person. My CV was not the focus in the process and first encounter, which made me feel very comfortable to not just be defined with which expertise I bring into the company. All meetings were on eye level and we even went out for a nice lunch during our first talk which I didn't take for granted.
