Schwankt enorm - abhängig von der Abteilung. Abteilungsübergreifend recht guter Zusammenhalt.
Führungskräfte sollten führen - das tun hier aber leider nur sehr sehr wenige. Allgemein ist das Verhalten von Vorgesetzten in vielerlei Hinsicht sehr diskutabel.
Innerhalb der Abteilung wird nicht zielgerichtet für alle kommuniziert. Nur was gerade für jemanden wichtig ist wird verkündet/ besprochen.
Sowohl die interne, als auch die externe Kommunikation sind ausbaufähig. Das war in der Vergangenheit schon einmal um einiges besser.
