Arbeitsatmosphäre

Staying in the same IT company for almost 8 years proves that I really liked my job. My work and my contribution was always appreciated. Positive attitude and optimist of my colleagues kept me motivated from day one.

Kommunikation

There is definitely room for improvement. In the last months, management started to take this point very seriously, trying to close this gap. Therefore, I am confident that with the right measures, it will improve in future.

Work-Life-Balance

Work-life-balance is often a personal attitude. There were for sure moments of disbalance. However, it was me who was putting myself under pressure to finish on time, to fix an issue, etc. The colleagues and the managers were on the opposite the ones who pointed out when they noticed I needed a break.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

I had several manager changes on the way. Every time, there was room for an open conversation in search for feedback. Personally, I never had a situation of getting something promised that was not delivered.
However, there is also room for improvement. Paying more attention to career development, growing at work, setting goals, could help employees to step out of their daliy work and evolve.

Interessante Aufgaben

I learned a lot during my time at Conweaver. Even when sometimes project work was disbalanced, it helped to learn while being challenged with new tasks.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Nicely equipped, centrally located office. Only missing a common room for breaks/lunch.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

As already mentioned, there wasn't enough focus on career developement. This point was brought up by different people. This point starts to get enough attention by management.
