The company invests in people who are passionate about their work and it is open to new ideas in order to face its challenges and continue its steady but significant growth. The recruitment process is astoundingly fast and pleasant all along. The technical interviewers are employees expert in their domain and passionate about the company product and values. In my case, it took a little more than a week between the first interview and the job offer.
