The working atmosphere is fine if you don't have to work with the management and can work independently on your tasks

Colleagues are really great and it is fun working in a team

The managers are an absolute disaster. They are completely incapable of accepting constructive feedback, let alone admitting their own mistakes. It is always the employees who are to blame and who are then offered “coaching”. However, management needs coaching on how to learn to trust employees, hand over responsibility and develop themselves further.
Kommunikation
Communication from management is very poor. Expectations are not discussed properly, there are no clear target agreements and communication on various topics (what is expected from you role, how does it look like, no clear guidelines) is generally very non-transparent.
