Not recomendable due to founders
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Genuinely talented and hardworking employees, though most of them unfortunately don’t stay long due to C-level. The product is great and has a good product market fit but due to the huge employee turnover it's lagging a bit behind.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The founder team has little management experience and does not seem to be trying to improve these skills. It's not a healthy and mentally safe work environment. Decisions are made based on personal whims, not in an objective manner or focused on the well-being of the company or employees. The founders often intimidate, micromanage, and overwork staff. Employees are treated as disposable, inferior and are expected to bend over backward to fulfill tremendous expectations with very little appreciation. Instead of own introspection, it's always the employees who are blamed for anything not going well.
Overselling to clients is daily business, not taking into account the implications for the team and reputation.
I can only recommend this company, if you're working far away from the founders team with a strong manager in-between

Agree on other reviews here that although it's a sustainability startup, the founders definitely don't live by those values.
