As a company working in the sustainability sector, employees are urged to live sustainably. Unfortunately this lifestyle is not shared with the CEO's. It appears they have decided to found cozero because of potential profit rather than belief.

The main reason why people still work there is because the team is really great.

I have never had worse managers. They are not able to communicate properly, micromanage and do not act in their employees' interest. With their actions they are not fostering a safe work environment but do quite the opposite.
