Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Remote work possibility, free lunches at the office once a week, and during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, a €13 compensation per day for lunch.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I joined Crealytics with high hopes and enthusiasm, but my experience here has been disappointing, to say the least. If I were to sum it up in one phrase, it would be: organized chaos. The team structures are an absolute mess, with constant reshuffling every few months. It's impossible to establish any sort of cohesion or rapport with colleagues when they're constantly changing due to the erratic turnover rate. This turnover is alarmingly high, painting a grim picture of the company's internal stability and employee satisfaction. Adding to the dysfunction is the geographical dispersion of teams across different time zones (Berlin, New York, and Mumbai). Even within the same time zone, you're often left to fend for yourself. Projects are stressful, and the compensation hardly matches the level of effort demanded. It's demoralizing to see promotions handed out not on the basis of merit or performance but rather on who you know and how close you are to your lead.

The most dreadful aspect of my time here was witnessing the callousness with which they let go of numerous employees last year. Management openly admitted that these decisions were purely driven by cost-saving measures, with no consideration for performance or dedication. This revelation was a slap in the face to those of us who remained, knowing that our value to the company was purely financial and expendable. To add insult to injury, instead of addressing the root causes of their financial woes, Crealytics has started to shift operations to Mumbai, presumably to take advantage of cheaper labor. This move further undermines the morale of the existing workforce in Berlin and New York, signaling a disregard for loyalty and a prioritization of short-term gains over long-term sustainability. Unless significant changes are made to address the rampant turnover, lack of cohesion, and disregard for employee well-being, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone seeking a stable and fulfilling career.

They need to conduct a comprehensive review of compensation and benefits packages to ensure they are competitive and reflective of the efforts and contributions of employees. They really really have to foster a culture of transparency, open communication, and trust within the organization. They encourage feedback from employees at all levels and but they don't demonstrate a commitment to addressing real concerns and improving the work environment. When people are preoccupied with concerns about job security, compensation, and advancement opportunities, providing them with a discount for a mental health app membership falls short of addressing their underlying issues. To truly make a difference, strive for improvement. Ask yourself why talented individuals are resigning from their positions every month.
