The vibe at Crealytics is awesome! The team is super supportive, and we all get along like a bunch of friends working towards common goals. The open communication makes it easy to chat with anyone, whether they're next to you in the office, online, or even at a coffee break downstairs.

At Crealytics, I've had some awesome chances to grow! I started out as a working student and now I'm a Digital Marketing Associate. It's been a cool journey with lots of support from my team. They've helped me learn the ropes and move up. What's really neat is that I can see a clear path for my career here. The company offers training and workshops to help me learn even more. It feels great knowing I'm in a place that wants me to succeed and gives me the tools to do it!

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

It has been a frustrating experience. The company's culture is stifling, with little to no opportunities for growth or advancement. Promotions and layoffs seem to be more about who you know rather than the quality of your work or your performance.

The tasks and projects assigned are very repetitive, lacking any sense of challenge or innovation. While the workload can be substantial, the compensation does not reflect the amount of effort and dedication put in by employees. It's disheartening to see hard work go unrecognized and unrewarded. Despite being a small company, there is a clear hierarchy in place, creating unnecessary barriers between employees and the management. .

Overall, my time at Crealytics has been a lesson in frustration. Unless significant changes are made to the company culture and policies, I would caution anyone considering employment here to think twice.

I joined Crealytics with high hopes and enthusiasm, but my experience here has been disappointing, to say the least. If I were to sum it up in one phrase, it would be: organized chaos. The team structures are an absolute mess, with constant reshuffling every few months. It's impossible to establish any sort of cohesion or rapport with colleagues when they're constantly changing due to the erratic turnover rate. This turnover is alarmingly high, painting a grim picture of the company's internal stability and employee satisfaction. Adding to the dysfunction is the geographical dispersion of teams across different time zones (Berlin, New York, and Mumbai). Even within the same time zone, you're often left to fend for yourself. Projects are stressful, and the compensation hardly matches the level of effort demanded. It's demoralizing to see promotions handed out not on the basis of merit or performance but rather on who you know and how close you are to your lead.

The most dreadful aspect of my time here was witnessing the callousness with which they let go of numerous employees last year. Management openly admitted that these decisions were purely driven by cost-saving measures, with no consideration for performance or dedication. This revelation was a slap in the face to those of us who remained, knowing that our value to the company was purely financial and expendable. To add insult to injury, instead of addressing the root causes of their financial woes, Crealytics has started to shift operations to Mumbai, presumably to take advantage of cheaper labor. This move further undermines the morale of the existing workforce in Berlin and New York, signaling a disregard for loyalty and a prioritization of short-term gains over long-term sustainability. Unless significant changes are made to address the rampant turnover, lack of cohesion, and disregard for employee well-being, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone seeking a stable and fulfilling career.

They need to conduct a comprehensive review of compensation and benefits packages to ensure they are competitive and reflective of the efforts and contributions of employees. They really really have to foster a culture of transparency, open communication, and trust within the organization. They encourage feedback from employees at all levels and but they don't demonstrate a commitment to addressing real concerns and improving the work environment. When people are preoccupied with concerns about job security, compensation, and advancement opportunities, providing them with a discount for a mental health app membership falls short of addressing their underlying issues. To truly make a difference, strive for improvement. Ask yourself why talented individuals are resigning from their positions every month.

Many employees are from different countries therefore English is the work language.

Employee contracts are not unlimited, they are limited to one year which makes it easy fro them to let people go easily. Because of one year contract, migration office also issues one year long working permit so every year you have to extend your card if the company extends your contract.

Salaries are not enough in comparison to the work that is expected from you.

In the last 18 months there were no company events except for the team leads and upper management.

Salary discussions are bond to promotions. Promotion time is minimum 24 months for the beginning levels and longer for the higher levels.

No benefits.

After those two significant layoffs, management failed to take any action to retain the remaining employees. Instead, it seemed as though they were penalizing us for not being let go. Just four years ago, this company provided a pleasant working environment, but over the past 18 months, we've witnessed a stark departure from how a company should treat its employees. Consequently, people are leaving in droves.

There's a glaring issue at hand, and management's response has been to merely organize lunches or plan social online events. However, the primary concern among employees is the exploitation they face. They're striving to receive fair compensation, benefits and the bonuses promised to them. They're seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth. The employees in this company are highly skilled in their respective fields, and as soon as they begin seeking alternative employment, they swiftly secure better opportunities. This has been the trend in recent months. Consequently, the company is witnessing a loss of experienced managers. In response, rather than addressing the root causes of dissatisfaction among existing employees, management's solution is to seek out interns and junior managers.

It has become really bad after lay offs and the management became toxic as well. People started to quit or they are hoping to get another lay off to be fired. Because getting fired is better than staying here.

You can work remotely but the company cuts 10% of your salary even if you live in Germany and don't wish to visit the office every week.

There is no communication between the management and the employees. Therefore a lot of surprising lay off and bonus cancellation. Nobody sees those coming because CEO is not transparent with the company's future.

Es ist wirklich ärgerlich, dass in solchen Fällen die Kommunikation nicht funktioniert und am Ende eine Vielzahl von Leuten sich mit Anwälten auseinandersetzen müssen.

Von den Bedingungen her (Home Office, flexible Arbeitszeiten, Vertrauensarbeitszeit eigentlich alles okay. Durch enormen Workload macht man aber viele Überstunden, die nicht abgegolten werden und sie über Vertrsuensarbeitszeit selbst abzubauen ist unrealistisch durch den weiteren Workload. Und es gibt nicht allzu viele Urlaubstage.

Basisgehalt ist eher unterer Durchschnitt und wird mit Bonus aufgestockt. Ob und wann der gezahlt wird... Hier braucht man nen langen Atem, je nachdem wann man anfängt.

Working atmosphere depends on the current amount of clients, quality of clients and status; lately atmosphere changed due to management decisions and increasing pressure

Very flexible working hours for families, home office mostly possible.

However, they expect you to work more than the agreed working time, even at night-time or weekends. You should be available 24hs in emergency cases if you are in a higher position (senior or team lead). In some cases you get extra days off.
